GameStop is transforming itself from a brick and mortar seller of "boxes" into a Digital retailer in every sense of the word

GameStop operates one of the largest most sophisticated implementations of Nav in the world. It won a Microsoft innovator of the year award for Retail in 2007 for it.
GameStop uses Nav for Financials, Distribution,Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Product Allocation, Predictive analytics, POS Integration, Legislative Reporting and Supply chain optimization
Each company has its own instance of Nav but all of the instance have exactly the same code and are the same system

GameStop operates a development center in Grapevine Texas and Support Center in Dublin Ireland
The two centers have a total of less than twenty people working on Nav.
They create release increments weekly and provide constant, tailored enhancements to Support GameStop's international business
The solution has expanded to include Digital Product, Privacy, radical new regulatory requirements in Italy, and new product lines such as Collectibles and Toys
Meantime cost of operation and support has continued to go down even with the launch of a significant upgrade effort
